UNION HALL
A place where great food and community meet. Serving up new concepts and some old favorites. Union Hall, your new local hang out.
Our History
Union Hall pays homage to the history embodied in the 700 block of Franklin Avenue. This corner was once home to the Waco Labor Temple building, the last labor temple in the state of Texas. The buildings adjacent to the former Temple, which were once full-service gas stations and automotive shops, are now home to innovative culinary venues.
What We’re About
Union Hall is for everyone. Friends who meet for brunch, families who have different tastes to satisfy, folks just stopping by for a beer and a bite and more. Stay tuned to this site for Union Hall special events including live music and shopping pop-ups. Aside from offering a number of new eateries to Waco, Union Hall also gives emerging culinary talent a place to ply their trade and dazzle Waco’s taste buds.
